If you are experiencing problems with your computer and would like us to try and fix your computer via remote access then click on the LogMeIn image below to download and install the free LogMeIn Free remote control software.

Please use the typical installation option rather than the custom when you are prompted for the type of installation.

Once the software is installed this will allow a technician from Blair's Computer Service to remotely access your computer and fix the problem without you having to disconnect your computer and bring it in. After the software is installed please call us at 902-637-1717 to arrange a time to have your computer serviced.

Hardware problems cannot be fixed remotely and not all software problems can be fixed remotely so you may be required to bring your computer in to have it properly repaired.

Our hourly rate is $50.00 per hour and is billed in 15 minute intervals for remote support. Secure and safe payment can be made electronically using any major credit card or directly from your bank account via PayPal or over the phone using Visa or MasterCard. Once payment arrangements are completed then remote support will begin at the arranged time.
